How and when do I pay for the service?

You pay always upon collection of your car or end of the staying in cash or credit card.

How do I identify the driver?

Our Drivers have identification cards with their name and uniform with company logo and colors. (Black / Orange)

Do I have to leave my car keys?

Yes. You need to give car keys to the driver to be able to drive the car to our premises.

Is the carpark open 24 hours a day?

What should I do to drop off my car at the terminal?

If you already have a parking reservation with us, just call the driver 15 minutes before arriving to the meeting point to confirm drop off of your car.

What if I arrive before or later than the scheduled time on my reservation?

Please notify any change or delays in advance by telephone, email or SMS. There is no additional cost for time changes or delays within the same day.

What should I do when I return?

Once landed, or before arriving you should call or send SMS to the driver 15 minutes before to proceed with the collection of your car.

How I can get to the parking?

No need to go to our carpark. Our parking service consists of drop off and pick up your car outside the Terminal by one of our drivers.

Do you have special facilities for the disabled?

Our valet parking service with pick up and drop off at the terminal entrance is especially designed for these needs.

Are there restrictions on height or size for the car?

Our indoor facilities have a max height. of 2,60m. There is no height limit for outdoor parking.

What is the distance from the parking to the terminal?

Our installations are 2 km from the airport and 3km from the stations.
